This in-depth training is an experience-based learning field that will allow you to access different modes of listening, to be more aware of subtle movements inside and outside yourself and to step into a different dialogical mode while being in a group context. Thus you will be able to voice and express what wants to be shared by you with the whole group in a most relevant way. Dialogue processes aim to generate a flow in dialogue and build a field that allows collective consciousness to arise and become more present to us. Beyond the presencing-process itself it is a form of indeed shaping and shifting collective consciousness beyond our current state. These processes cause an interactive mode of being with each other that doesn't leave the individual untouched, but allows movement and playful fluidity. It generates lasting impact on how we access the world and take action.
We delve right into the different competencies that upheave the quality of dialogue in group, such as radical respect, pledging productively and speaking from the heart, to name just a few of them.
You'll learn how to prepare for a different dialogical mode via interactive practices that include body, mind and emotions.
You'll further train to develope sensitivity for the impact trauma has on our collective settings and what resources conflict transformation carries in it to create solutions beyond compromise.
According to the need of each specific training group and the importance of themes that will arise among us I adjust the importance of these pillars of my work in the most adequate way.
Theory U will be an underlying theme during the whole training series. It is the element that acknowledges both the need to dig deep first before we take action that matters and a certain call for action as
In pointing out the connection between intention & process and action & effect Theory U effectively addresses the need to go beyond self-centredness both individually and collectively. It contains in it the movemens for reformation and change in society from the inside out.
To give you the best learning experience that will allow you to put into practice what you'll learn we will implement one joint focused action that reaches out beyond the training field.
Generative presencing labs can be practiced with any group size up to 40 people, whatever works best for you and your specific professional context. It is possible to modify the process itself so it can be applied in a much larger setting as well. This is explicitly interesting if you occasionally want to address a wider audience and aim to create a real inspiring, pro-active and mutually shared experience with them.

Structure, prices & terms
The training includes 120 training-hours structured in 3
units / 5 training days à 8 hours each unit
All training days are Saturdays, we start 9:30am and end 7pm (one hour lunch break, 30 minutes coffee break)
You'll receive a what-we've-learend summary shortly after each training day with further questions and stimuli to deepen your learning process
There will be regular small meta-level sequences to reflect on our learning process as a group
